I found the service and quick delivery of my Di Apac I Coffee Company product, by Bialetti Moka Express was very prompt and efficient.

Nicely finished. Works quite well. Would prefer a shape that did not taper in so much so there was a more coffee depth at the edge. Would mean a shallower depth in the middle. Just so there wasn’t such a large difference in the depth of grinds from centre to edge.

Great jug. Makes life easier when making more than one coffee. Thermal panel works well

The Purista allows us to dial the volume of the shot as well as to change the temperature (which affects the flavour) and we get a great shot every time. As per other reviews out there, I would say that the only downside to the machine so far is the waste water holder which can only hold enough waste water (used for flushing the system) for 2-4 cups of coffee depending on how large a cup we're making. For a two person household this means emptying it once or twice a day. In contrast the water container, bean hopper and waste grounds container are suitable for 2-4 days so the waste water holder is noticeably disproportionate in size.
