Victoria Arduino Mythos 2 Coffee Grinder

The Victoria Arduino Mythos 2 is Nuova Simonelli's flagship on-demand espresso grinder, built around 85mm titanium burrs and the Clima Pro 2.0 climate control system that actively heats and cools the grinding chamber to hold a consistent temperature. A variable-speed motor lets the barista match grind speed to the bean, cutting noise and heat build-up compared with a fixed-speed grinder.

Choose the Premium model for precise timer-based dosing, or step up to the Gravitech model for weight-based dosing with a built-in scale in the dosing cradle — grinding to an exact gram target rather than a set time. Both are available in black or white to match your counter.

Brand New Authorized Victoria Arduino Dealer 85mm Titanium Burrs Premium & Gravitech Models

Clima Pro 2.0

Heats and cools the grinding chamber to keep temperature consistent, holding the chamber in a stable range instead of letting it drift as the grinder runs.

85mm Titanium Burrs

Larger titanium burrs than the original Mythos, built to grind fast while staying consistent, with a sub-2-second dose time.

Variable-Speed Motor

Lets the barista choose a grind speed to suit the bean and workflow, reducing noise and running cooler than a fixed-speed motor.

Compact Footprint

Just 20cm wide, so more than one Mythos 2 can sit side by side for a multi-grinder set-up, with a 2.8" touchscreen for quick dose presets.
