Royal Generation-X Coffee Machine

The Royal Generation-X is a 2 or 3 group commercial espresso machine that adds independent temperature control to each group on top of a large copper thermosiphon boiler.

The Royal Generation-X is built around an insulated copper thermosiphon boiler, 11 litres on the 2 group and 14 litres on the 3 group, with an additional 0.8 litre TCI boiler for each group. TCI, Royal's independent temperature control, lets you set and monitor each group's brew temperature in real time from the machine's TFT colour touch-screen.

The groups are heat-balancing (thermocompensated) units, and the machine is hand made in Italy. PPI (independent pressure profile) versions add five programmable pressure profiles per group, with a personalised pressure curve. This is a high-power commercial machine, rated 7.3 to 10.2 kW depending on configuration, so it needs a proper commercial electrical supply.
