The Lelit William PL72 is an on-demand espresso grinder built around 64mm flat steel burrs, with an electronic dosing display that lets you program single and double doses. It's offered in two finishes — Brushed Stainless Steel and Polished Stainless Steel — which are mechanically identical and differ only in their surface finish. Both are made in Italy.
