What's in the Bundle

Lelit Bianca V3
Dual-Boiler Espresso Machine

A dual-boiler machine with PID control, an L58E brass group and a manual flow-control paddle for shaping extraction. Brew and steam at once, dial in exact temperatures, and reposition the water tank to suit your bench. Available in stainless/walnut, black maple and white maple.

Varia VS6
Variable-Speed Grinder

A prosumer single-dose grinder with interchangeable burrs (58mm flat / 63mm conical), a 500–1600 RPM variable-speed brushless motor, stepless 5µ adjustment and a zero-retention, anti-static design. Available in black or white.

Why This Pairing Works

🎟️ Paddle Flow Control

The Bianca's manual paddle lets you control water flow during extraction — pre-infuse, ramp and taper to flow-profile your shots.

☕ Dual Boiler

Separate brew and steam boilers mean faster heating and simultaneous brewing and steaming — no waiting between shot and milk.

🌡️ Electronic Temp Control

Set exact brew temperature via the Bianca's electronic system for consistent, repeatable results every time.

🔄 Interchangeable Burrs

The VS6 switches between 58mm flat and 63mm conical burrs without recalibration — change your flavour profile at will.

⚡ Variable Speed

Dial grind speed from 500 to 1600 RPM to fine-tune grind character to your beans and brew method.

♻️ Zero Retention

The VS6's 76.5° slope and anti-static ionisation minimise retention and mess — fresh grinds, easy cleanup.

The Lelit Bianca V3 machine and the Varia VS6 grinder, each with their full accessory kits (baskets, tampers, bellows, dosing cup, travel case and more) — a complete, ready-to-brew setup.

What colours are available?

The Bianca comes in stainless/walnut, black maple or white maple; the VS6 in black or white. Choose your combination from the options at the top of the page (availability varies).

What is the flow-control paddle for?

The Bianca's manual paddle controls water flow to the group during extraction, letting you pre-infuse and shape pressure/flow through the shot — "flow profiling" — to fine-tune flavour, especially with light roasts.

Can I really swap the grinder burrs?

Yes — the VS6 accepts both 58mm flat and 63mm conical burrs, switchable without recalibration, so you can change grind character to suit espresso or filter and different bean profiles.

Do you offer installation, warranty and finance?
