Roasts are created and run through the IKAWA Pro App over Bluetooth, giving full control over temperature and airflow through the roast, with every batch logged for comparison. It ships in its own travel case, making it practical for cupping labs, quality control checks, training rooms or roasters sampling green lots before a bulk order.
