The DF64V Gen 2 is a single-dose home grinder from Coffee Tech, built around 64mm DLC-coated flat burrs for consistent, fluffy grounds across espresso, pour-over, and cold brew. The DLC coating is designed to outlast standard stainless steel burrs by roughly ten times.

A rotary knob gives variable motor speed between 800 and 1800 RPM, so you can fine-tune grind texture to the brew method, while a low-retention bellows design and a plasma generator in the exit chute work together to keep grounds fresh and reduce static clumping.
