The Breville Oracle (BES980) grinds, doses and tamps for you, then pulls the shot on a PID-controlled dual boiler and textures milk hands-free, so you get barista-style coffee without the barista learning curve.

The Breville Oracle is a dual boiler espresso machine with a built-in conical burr grinder. Its hands-free grind, dose and tamp fills a commercial-size 58 mm portafilter, a 15 bar Italian pump and PID-controlled espresso boiler brew the shot, and a separate steam boiler drives an automatic milk texturing wand with adjustable texture and temperature.

Unlike a fully automatic bean-to-cup machine, the Oracle keeps the portafilter workflow, so you still lock in the handle and see the shot pour. You get the control of a dual boiler with adjustable brew and steam temperatures, but the two hardest skills, consistent tamping and milk texturing, are handled for you.
