Bideli 1kg Electric Coffee Roaster

The Bideli 1kg electric coffee roaster is a compact, tabletop roasting machine built around a double-walled stainless steel drum with mixing blades, combining conductive and convective heat for even roasting of green beans in batches from 100g up to 1500g. It's new stock, suited to home roasters, cafés, hotels, bakeries and restaurants that want on-site control over their roast.

Four separate motors drive each function independently, and a dedicated cooling tray with its own mixing motor brings a finished batch down to temperature in roughly 1-2 minutes. A control panel, a USB data logger for Artisan roasting software, a manual damper and chaff collector, and a burner glass window with sample spoon give hands-on control and visibility over each roast.
