Baratza · Home Coffee Grinder

Baratza Sette 30 AP Conical Burr Grinder

The Baratza Sette 30 AP is a compact home grinder built around Baratza's Sette grinding system, where the outer burr rotates and the inner burr stays fixed. It uses a 40mm steel conical "AP" (All Purpose) burr set designed to cover everything from espresso through to manual brewing in one machine.

Grind is set on the micrometrical dial on the front of the grinder across 30 macro steps, and dosing is handled by one digital, electronically programmable timed setting, adjustable in small increments so you can dial in a consistent dose for espresso or filter.

40mm Conical Burrs 30 Grind Steps Digital Timed Dosing Espresso to Manual Brew

All-Purpose Conical Burrs

40mm steel conical "AP" burrs grind from fine espresso through to coarser manual-brew settings in the one unit.

30-Step Macro Adjustment

Grind coarseness is set using the micrometrical wheel on the front of the grinder, across 30 macro steps.

Digital Timed Dose

One programmable, electronically timed dosing setting on the digital control panel for repeatable results.

Dual-Speed Grinding

Grinds at roughly 3.5g/sec for espresso and 5.5g/sec for manual brewing, so finer grinds don't sit in the chamber longer than needed.

About This Grinder

What does "AP" mean on the Baratza Sette 30 AP?

AP stands for "All Purpose". The 40mm steel conical burr set fitted to this model is designed to grind across the full range from espresso to manual brewing, unlike single-purpose burr sets.

How many grind settings does the Sette 30 AP have?

Coarseness is adjusted using the front micrometrical dial across 30 macro grind steps, covering fine espresso grinds through to coarser manual-brew settings.

Does the Sette 30 AP dose by time or by weight?

It has one digital, electronically programmable timed dosing setting, set on the control panel, rather than a built-in scale.

Does Di Pacci deliver the Sette 30 AP across Singapore?

Yes. Orders are delivered Singapore-wide via DHL. Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt (unused, original packaging, with proof of purchase), subject to a 30% restocking fee. Contact our team at support@dipacci.com.sg or +65 3159 4538 for details.
