Description

Di Pacci Singapore — Dual-Thermoblock PID Espresso Machine

Ascaso Steel Duo PID Coffee Machine

The Ascaso Steel Duo PID brews and steams at the same time using two independent thermoblocks instead of boilers, so it is ready to pull a shot in minutes rather than a quarter of an hour.

The Ascaso Steel Duo PID, made in Spain, uses a separate thermoblock for brewing and another for steam. Both are PID-controlled, with programmable pre-infusion and a volumetric shot stop that lets you repeat a recipe at the touch of a switch. It pairs with a 58 mm portafilter for a commercial-style workflow on a home-sized bench.

Dual Thermoblock PID Control Volumetric Dosing Programmable Pre-Infusion 58mm Portafilter
Best for: busy mornings that need coffee fast, one to three milk drinks at a time, and a compact bench with a choice of finishes.

Key Features of the Ascaso Steel Duo PID

Brew and steam together

Separate brew and steam thermoblocks let the machine pull a shot while milk is being textured.

Fast to heat

Thermoblocks heat only the water needed for the next shot, instead of holding a full boiler at temperature.

PID temperature control

Brew and steam temperatures are set independently on the PID display.

Volumetric shot stop

Program a shot volume once and the pump stops automatically every time after.

Programmable pre-infusion

Set a short low-flow soak in the PID menu to help the puck extract evenly.

58mm portafilter

A commercial-size portafilter for consistent dosing and extraction.

About This Machine

Is the Ascaso Steel Duo PID a dual boiler machine?

No. The Steel Duo PID uses two independent thermoblocks — one for brewing and one for steam — rather than two boilers. Like a dual boiler, it can brew and steam at the same time, but it heats water on demand instead of holding it hot in a tank.

Does the Steel Duo PID have volumetric shot control?

Yes. You can program single and double shot volumes so the pump stops automatically, and set a pre-infusion time in the PID menu.

What finishes are available for the Steel Duo PID?

Black, White and Polished steel. Availability by finish can vary — check the options above or contact our team to confirm current stock.

What is Di Pacci Singapore's delivery and return policy on this machine?

Orders are delivered Singapore-wide via DHL, calculated at checkout by weight. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
