Nuova Simonelli Appia 2 Group High Cup — Pre-Loved

The Nuova Simonelli Appia is an industry workhorse trusted in cafes, clubs and chains worldwide. This pre-loved 2 group high-cup model runs on a standard 15 amp plug and has been fully serviced and safety-checked.

Made in Italy by Nuova Simonelli, the Appia is known for dependable, all-day performance. It uses a heat-exchange boiler of around 11 litres with a rotary pump for steady, quiet pressure, so it holds up through continuous service.

The high-cup configuration clears takeaway and large cups without workarounds, and dual steam wands keep milk moving during a rush. Running on a 15 amp single-phase plug makes it far easier to install than high-draw three-phase machines.
