Rocket Bicocca Dual Boiler Espresso Machine

The Rocket Bicocca is a true dual-boiler espresso machine from Rocket Espresso, designed by Valerio Cometti and V12 Design, built for home baristas who want café-grade control on the counter.

It runs two independent insulated stainless steel boilers — a 0.5 litre brew boiler and a 1.5 litre steam boiler, 2.0 litres in total — each managed by PID control for stable brew and steam temperatures, with an electrically heated 58mm group head.

A group-mounted touchscreen stores volumetric recipes and lets you set pre-infusion and extraction time, plus an Eco mode and an on/off calendar. A rotary pump and 1.8 litre tank are fitted, with a direct plumb-in option for those who prefer it.
