Nucleus NCD Pulse Coffee Distributor

The Nucleus NCD Pulse is a wireless espresso distributor that uses pulse vibration to settle coffee grounds evenly inside the portafilter before tamping, reducing channelling and helping every shot pull more consistently. It fits 58.5mm baskets, including IMS and VST baskets, and is built for baristas who want a repeatable, even puck every time.

Four anti-static coated blades distribute the grounds without clumping or sticking, and the distributor's height is adjustable in fine millimetre increments to match different doses and coffee densities. It charges wirelessly on its own dock via USB-C and runs cordless from there, with two vibration modes to suit different roasts and doses.

Why the NCD Pulse

Pulse Vibration Technology

Subtle vibrations distribute coffee grounds evenly within the portafilter, reducing channelling and promoting uniform extraction.

Adjustable Height

Precise millimetre height adjustments let you match the distributor to different doses and coffee densities for optimal contact with the coffee bed.

Anti-Static Coated Blades

Four uniquely styled blades with an anti-static coating stop coffee grounds sticking to the blades, keeping distribution clean and consistent.

Wireless, Long Battery Life

Charges via its activation dock, then runs wirelessly for over 1,000 cycles on the high vibration setting.

Multiple Vibration Modes

Switch between low and high vibration settings to suit different coffee types, roasts and doses.
