The Mazzer Robur S Electronic is a commercial on-demand grinder built around 71mm conical burrs, designed for high-volume cafés that need consistent, independent dosing across single, double and triple shots. Stepless micrometric adjustment lets baristas dial in a precise grind size rather than stepping between fixed clicks, with no loss of grind setting even after the grinding chamber is cleaned.

Dosing is electronic, controlled through a digital display with a built-in shot counter and a pause function, plus the ability to cap a maximum dose. A Grind Flow Control System (GFC) and adjustable portafilter holder round out the on-demand workflow, and the grinder also carries IoT connectivity features.
