Mahlkonig DK27 LVST Industrial Grinder

The Mahlkonig DK27 LVST is a roastery-scale industrial grinder built to produce Turkish-fine coffee in bulk, around 180 kg every hour.

The Mahlkonig DK27 LVST is the Turkish-grind version of Mahlkönig's DK27 industrial grinder. It runs 180 mm burrs in fully hardened special steel on a 5500 W three-phase motor, with an approximate output of 180 kg/h of Turkish-fine coffee. The motor is surface cooled with two extra cooling fans and has overload protection, so it is designed for long, continuous production runs.

Within the DK27 Turkish range, the LVST sits between the cast-steel LVT and the tungsten-carbide LVHT. Its special steel burrs grind a little faster than the LVT, while the LVHT gives the longest burr life.
