Mahlkönig E80 Supreme Espresso Grinder

The E80 Supreme is Mahlkönig's on-demand espresso grinder built around 80mm special-steel flat burrs and Mahlkönig's patented Disc Distance Detection (DDD), which sets grind fineness based on the actual measured distance between the burrs rather than a dial position alone. This is designed to make dialling in, and returning to, a chosen grind setting more repeatable.

The grinder runs on a 220–240V, single-phase supply with active temperature management intended to protect flavour during high-volume runs, and feeds from a roughly 1800g bean hopper through an adjustable, illuminated spout. A high-resolution 88.3mm display with a wide viewing angle shows the current grind setting.
