Fracino Diablo Dual Fuel 2 Group

The Fracino Diablo heats its 14 litre boiler on LPG gas, electricity or both together, so a coffee van, kiosk or remote site can run a full 2 group machine without a large mains supply.

The Fracino Diablo Dual Fuel 2 Group is a UK-made commercial espresso machine with a black body and two groups. It can heat the boiler from LPG gas, mains electricity, or both at once. The LPG burner is rated as equivalent to about 4 kW of electrical power, with electronic ignition and a flame-out safety device, while the standard electric element is 2000 W and can be upgraded at no extra cost.

Running on gas with the element isolated, the machine draws only about 350 W for its pump and electronics, which a 240 V generator or inverter can supply. The groups are raised for taller takeaway cups and include flip-down trays for small cups, which is why dual fuel machines like the Diablo are a mainstay of mobile and off-grid coffee service.
