It suits offices, lounges, co-working spaces, convenience stores, bakeries, restaurants and hotels that need reliable daily output with the flexibility of a 2-litre tank or a direct plumb-in water connection.

The M12 Plus is a good fit where the wider M12 Big's footprint won't fit on the bench — offering the same core grinder, display, milk system and connectivity in a body that's narrower and lighter than the Big. If plumb-in water is available, the smaller tank becomes a non-issue.
