Sanremo · Single Group · Pressure Profiling

Sanremo YOU Espresso Machine — Manual Pressure Profiling for the Serious Home Barista

The Sanremo YOU is a single-group, multi-boiler espresso machine built in Italy by Sanremo Coffee Machines. It combines dual AISI 316 stainless steel boilers, a variable-speed rotary pump, a manual brew paddle, and a full touchscreen display into a compact, commercially certified unit. The YOU is designed for the espresso enthusiast who wants direct control over the extraction curve — pressure, pre-infusion and post-infusion — rather than a fixed 9-bar shot.

The front-mounted brew paddle lets you shape the pressure profile by hand in real time, while the touchscreen displays flow rate, pressure and extraction time as the shot runs. The machine saves your preferred profiles — a mix of factory presets and fully customisable settings — so a shot you're happy with can be reproduced on demand.

Made in Italy Dual Boiler 58mm Group Manual Pressure Profiling

What Makes the Sanremo YOU Different

Manual Brew Paddle

A front-mounted paddle gives direct, real-time control over pump pressure during extraction — shape the curve by hand or let a saved profile run it for you.

Full Touchscreen Display

Shows live flow rate, pressure and extraction time during every shot. All settings, including brew temperature and saved profiles, are accessible directly on screen.

Saveable Extraction Profiles

Factory presets plus fully customisable profiles, each controlling pre-infusion, infusion and post-infusion independently.

Dual Stainless Boiler System

Independent AISI 316 stainless steel boilers for brew and steam allow simultaneous brewing and steaming without temperature compromise.

Variable-Speed Rotary Pump

A rotary pump with variable speed control underpins the YOU's pressure profiling — quieter and more consistent than a vibratory pump.

Tank or Direct Plumb-In

Operates from an internal water tank, a direct mains connection, or both configured together.

Wi-Fi & Sanremo App

Wi-Fi connectivity pairs with the Sanremo app for remote access to settings and profile management. Every function also remains fully accessible on-screen.

ECO & Auto On/Off Modes

Automatic and manual ECO modes reduce energy use during idle periods, with scheduled auto on/off by day and hour.

Cold Touch Wands

The anti-burn Cold Touch steam and hot water wands stay safe to handle throughout service.

About This Machine

What makes the Sanremo YOU different from other prosumer espresso machines?
The YOU combines a variable-speed rotary pump with a manual brew paddle and programmable pressure profiling, with live pressure, flow rate and extraction time shown on its touchscreen. This gives genuine control over the pressure curve during a shot, rather than a fixed extraction.
Do I need the Sanremo app to operate the YOU?
No. All settings and functions are accessible through the on-screen touchscreen interface. The Sanremo app, connected over Wi-Fi, adds remote access to profile management, but nothing on the machine is app-locked.
Can the Sanremo YOU be plumbed into a water line?
Yes. The YOU can run from its internal water tank, a direct mains connection, or both configured together — contact our team for the exact plumbing components included with your unit.
Does Di Pacci deliver this machine in Singapore?
Yes, this machine is delivered Singapore-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, and orders over SGD $10,000 ship free. Our return window is 14 days from receipt, with a 30% restocking fee on returned units.
