Features
K-Soft Pump Plastic Auger
The pump-feeding method allows the machine to include more air, resulting in lighter and softer dispensed ice cream. Higher overrun indicates higher margins.
K Soft features a chilled upper tank with a capacity of 2 litres and one litre inside the freezing cylinder.
The panels are stainless steel, and the control board is capacitive with LED lighting.
The hopper is chilled, so the product becomes cold before reaching the freezing cylinder. Performance improves when the time to dispense soft ice cream and frozen yogurt is shortened.
