The Astoria Forma is a heat exchanger espresso machine built as a striking focal point for a busy cafe or restaurant counter. Its clean-lined, modern design and generous working surface suit high-traffic hospitality environments, and the machine is available in 1 Group and 3 Group configurations to suit different volumes of service.

Each group head runs on a volumetric touchpad with four programmable coffee doses, with manual over-ride switches for full barista control. The heat exchanger boiler lets you brew and steam at the same time, supported by a thermosiphon circulation hydraulic circuit for thermal stability shot to shot.
