Designed with pressure profiling in mind; The Synesso MVP Hydra is the machine made for the true coffee professional. The MVP has 4 programmable stages of pressure profiling- preinfusion, ramp up, full pressure (9 bar extraction), and ramp down. The Barista can set all of these stages to maximize the acids, sugars, and texture of the coffee.
The MVP has an individual pump and motor for each group meaning uninterrupted pressure. The MVP has some amazing capabilities and is the perfect option for fine tuning your coffee production.
