This preset pressure limiting valve protects a coffee machine from mains water pressure that runs too high. It steps mains pressure down to a fixed 350kPa, with a 1/2" female BSP inlet and 1/4" female BSP outlet, and its elevated maximum working pressure lets it connect directly to mains networks running up to 20 bar.

Its compact size, quiet operation and internal self-cleaning seat make it a practical fit upstream of an espresso machine or a jug rinser.
