Tips for Installation
The system is capable of being operated independently, either by reclining horizontally or mounting it vertically.
Securely attach the mounting backet to the wall using appropriate fasteners when mounting vertically to a wall.
The water pressure at the inlet of the filter system must not exceed 116 psi (8 bar). If the inlet pressure exceeds 116 psi (8 bar), a pressure reducer valve must be installed on the water supply side of the filter system.
The filter must be preceded by the installation of a shutoff valve. For cartridge flushing and activation, consult the Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual.
Operational Instructions
The Claris Ultra Cartridge should be replaced at least once annually or when the predetermined water volume has been attained.
Ensure that the filter cartridge is flushed during the installation and cartridge change process.
Avoid employing hardness test strips to evaluate hardness reduction. Please employ a titration instrument to verify the reduction in hardness.
