Installation Guidelines
The system can be operated in a freestanding position, horizontally, or mounted vertically.
When installing vertically to a wall, firmly affix the mounting bracket to the wall with appropriate screws.
The water pressure at the filter system input must not surpass 116 psi (8 bar). A pressure reducing valve must be installed on the water supply side of the filtration system if the inlet pressure surpasses 116 psi (8 bar).
A shutoff valve must be positioned upstream of the filter. Consult the Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual for cartridge flushing and initiation procedures.

Operational Guidelines
Replace the Claris Ultra Cartridge when reaching its predetermined water capacity or at a minimum annually.
Always flush the filter cartridge upon installation and during cartridge replacement.
Avoid utilizing hardness test strips to assess hardness loss. Utilize a titration kit to assess the reduction of hardness.
