Nuova Simonelli

Nuova Simonelli Oscar II Professional (With OPV Kit)

The Nuova Simonelli Oscar II pairs a 2L copper heat exchanger boiler with a 58mm commercial-size portafilter, bringing genuine commercial brewing hardware to a single-group home machine.

This unit has the OPV (Over Pressure Valve) kit installed, which adds the ability to adjust brew pressure down from the Oscar II's standard 15 bar to as low as 9 bar — useful if you want to fine-tune extraction rather than running at a single fixed pressure.

2L Heat Exchanger Boiler OPV Kit Installed 58mm Group

Why the Oscar II

2L copper HX boiler

A heat exchanger boiler lets you pull a shot and steam milk off the one boiler, with copper's fast heat transfer keeping recovery quick.

Adjustable brew pressure (OPV kit)

The installed OPV kit lets you dial brew pressure down from the standard 15 bar to as low as 9 bar.

58mm commercial-size portafilter

Uses the same 58mm basket size found on commercial machines, with single and double baskets.

Programmable timed dosing

Set single and double shot times so extraction stops automatically once your dialled-in time is reached.
