The Eureka Atom Specialty 75 is a flat-burr espresso grinder built around a commercial-size 75mm hardened steel burr set. It is designed for single-dosing, with stepless micrometric adjustment so you can dial espresso in precisely, and Eureka's ACE anti-clumping and anti-static system for a cleaner, more even dose.

The burrs run at 1400 rpm along a low-retention grind path, and sound insulation keeps the grinder quieter than its size suggests. Timed dosing supports single, double and manual presets, and the hopper can be swapped between a compact single-dose hopper and a tall 1200g hopper for higher-volume use.
