Slayer Single Group Commercial Coffee Machine — Custom White

This brand new Slayer Single Group arrives in a custom matte white finish, carrying a round of updates over the earlier Classic version. A new mechanical rotary pump replaces the old electronic gear pump — it reaches 9 bar in about a second, instead of the 3–5 seconds the old pump took, and it can draw water out of a bucket rather than needing incoming line pressure.

A new, brighter LCD display with adjustable brightness and improved touch sensitivity replaces the Classic's OLED screen. A new PCB, SSR, PID and heating elements bring hugely improved temperature stability at the group and greater steam capacity, with elements able to fire on both boilers simultaneously, even on 240V. Internally, around 90% of the tubing that was previously plastic or rubber is now copper, and the solenoids have moved to forged valve bodies shared with Slayer's commercial machines.
